Seaglass Sauvignon Blanc - Wine Review
I have completely fallen in love with the simple yet elegant design of the Seaglass Wine Company bottle labels, and when I saw this stunner of a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc I knew I had to try it out. I am still easing my way into being comfortable with Sauvignon Blanc, and this 2017 bottle from Seaglass definitely helped me even more on my way to drinking Sauvignon Blanc with ease and confidence.
This wine has a lovely, bright, barely golden complexion and strong legs. Like summer in a bottle, the scent is refreshing, like freshly picked peaches and melon. It has a hint of that tangy Sauvignon Blanc cat’s pee scent. Best enjoyed chilled, the taste is refreshing, with the slightest hint of tang, making this an ideal white wine to be enjoyed during an easy-going evening. It leaves behind a delicious, fruity flavor long after it has been drunk.
This wine makes me want to keep trying out new Sauvignon Blancs in the hope that they will all be as fresh and delicious as this one. If you don’t love Seaglass Wine Co. already, this wine will convince you to explore the brand.
