Bar Dog Pinot Noir - Wine Review Blurb

I was browsing the wine selection at Target and when I saw the adorable pup on this bottle of 2018 Pinot Noir from Bar Dog Wine I knew I had to try it. Apart from the delightful label art, this wine is also a fine example of a quality Pinot Noir. It has left me wanting to try more from Bar Dog.

At first glance, this wine is a soft, muted red with bright flashes throughout the glass. The scent embodies the classic Pinot Noir with a deliciously sharp, acidic note. The taste mirrors the scent with a pleasant amount of dryness and bitter flavoring, reminding me of tangy berries. This wine is pleasantly heady, but still satisfyingly smooth. I picked this wine for the bottle, but I will buy it again for the taste.
